Many feel overwhelmed just trying to survive and yearn for a sense of peace and empowerment not just for themselves as students, but for their communities as allies. But facing more tech, notifications, and stress than any other generation, how can they find empowerment, resilience, and joy?

Meet Sara Kunz – award-winning speaker, creator, Therapist in training, and advocate on a mission to help students reclaim mental health by embracing primitive practices to simplify modern life. Best known for her appearances on Discovery Channels ‘Naked and Afraid’, she draws on her decade as an award-winning entertainer and lived experience as a rape survivor to bring an uplifting voice to otherwise bland and difficult conversations around Title IX topics.  After hearing her stories and speech, students are inspired to have real conversations and take compassionate action for themselves and others.
